The majority from us think that only one way exists to the dream: we are going to bed during the evening and we are sleeping at night, from 6 up to 8 hours, and next we are getting up and we remain active through about 16 hours. When a night is coming, we are repeating this process.
Scientists testing the theory of the dream are explaining, that most important in every cycle the circuit is working REM. roughly including the thing, in it is this phase our brain really is resting and is regaining forces.
However it isn't only way of the dream. From one of processes of the dream which they practised among others has always fascinated me will give to Vinci or Napoleon.
This cycle consists in having short naps for lengths of 20-30 minutes, as 4 hours. altogether these 6 naps are giving to ‎ a day which essentially are providing the body with from 2 up to 3 hours of the dream per day.

Moreover, he is supporting also deliberate dreaming. However a need for rigorous warning hours is a weak point of this solution of naps, because, otherwise, we will be feeling incredible tired out and deprived of the energy.
